We want you to be absolutely thrilled with your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes an item might not be just right. That’s why we offer a straightforward and friendly returns process.
Our Policy
We gladly accept returns and exchanges for most physical, unopened products within 15 days of you receiving your order.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To start the process, please follow these simple steps:
- Contact Us: Within 15 days of receipt, email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return/exchange. You can use the handy template below!
- Wait for Instructions: Our customer care team will respond within 2 business days with a Returns Authorization Number and instructions on where to mail your item.
- Ship It Back: Securely package the unused, original item(s) and include a copy of your original order confirmation. Mail it to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
- Let Us Handle the Rest: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your exchange or refund!

Refund Timelines & Methods

- Approval Time: Please allow 3-5 business days for us to process the return after we receive it.
- Refund Processing: Once approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
- Bank Processing Time: Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your credit card statement or in your PayPal account, depending on your bank’s processing times.
Exchanges will be processed for available items once the original return is received. If the exchanged item is of a different value, we will process a partial refund or charge for the difference.
