Shipping Information
We ship our Christmas joy worldwide! (Please note: we are unable to ship to some parts of Asia and a few other remote regions).
Order Processing
Once you place your order, our little workshop elves need 1-2 business days to carefully pick, pack, and prepare your package for its journey to you.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer two convenient shipping options to suit your needs:
- Standard Shipping: Shipped via DHL or FedEx.
- Cost: $12.95
- Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipment.
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS.
- Cost: Free!
- Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment.
Our Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want you to love your holiday crafting supplies! If you are not completely satisfied, we gladly accept returns and exchanges for most physical, unopened products within 15 days of you receiving your order.
Please Note: Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of their digital and reproducible content, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following items from our menu. All sales for these are final:
- Cross Stitch Patterns (Digital Download)
- Quilt Patterns (Digital Download)
- Any opened Christmas Party & Games software or game kits.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to start the process:
- Contact Us: Within 15 days of receiving your order, please email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return/exchange. Feel free to use the template below!
- Wait for Instructions: Our friendly customer care team will respond within 2 business days with a Returns Authorization Number and instructions on where to mail your item.
- Ship It Back: Securely package the unused, original item(s) and include a copy of your original order confirmation. Mail it to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
- Let Us Handle the Rest: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your exchange or refund!

Refund Timelines & Methods
Your happiness is our priority. We will notify you via email once we have received and inspected your return.
- Approval Time: Please allow 3-5 business days for us to process the return after we receive it.
- Refund Processing: Once approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
- Bank Processing Time: Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your credit card statement or in your PayPal account, depending on your bank’s processing times.
Exchanges will be processed for available items once the original return is received. If the exchanged item is of a different value, we will process a partial refund or charge for the difference.
