All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities and discontinue products at any time.

Placing Orders

When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase products subject to these Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including limitations on quantities, inaccuracies, or errors in product or pricing information.

All payments are processed securely. We do not store your complete payment card information on our servers.

Pricing and Taxes

All prices are listed in US Dollars. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time without notice, but changes will not affect orders already accepted.

You are responsible for any applicable sales, use, or other taxes associated with your order, which will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Order Confirmation

After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation acknowledging receipt of your order. This email is not an acceptance of your order, but a confirmation that we have received it.

Acceptance of your order and formation of a contract occurs when we send you an email confirming the products have been dispatched.

Shipping Areas

We ship worldwide with the exception of certain parts of Asia and some remote regions. If we are unable to ship to your location, we will notify you promptly after order placement.

Processing Time

Orders require 1-2 business days for processing before shipment. During peak holiday seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Methods

We offer two shipping options:

• Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx. Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment.
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS. Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Risk of Loss

All products purchased from our website are delivered pursuant to a shipment contract. The risk of loss and title for such products pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with a physical product, we gladly accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:

• Cross Stitch Patterns (Digital Download)
• Quilt Patterns (Digital Download)
• Any opened Christmas Party & Games software or game kits

Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

1. Contact us within 15 days of receiving your order at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return
2. Wait for our customer care team to respond with a Returns Authorization Number and instructions
3. Securely package the unused, original item(s) with a copy of your order confirmation
4. Mail the package to the address provided using a trackable shipping service

You are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank’s processing times.

For exchanges of different value items, we will process a partial refund or charge for the difference.

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, patterns, and software, is the property of Cross Stitch Sales or our content suppliers and protected by international copyright laws.

Digital Patterns

When you purchase a digital pattern from us, you are purchasing a license to use that pattern for personal use. This license:

• Allows you to create finished products for personal use or as gifts
• Permits you to make necessary copies for your personal crafting process
• Does not allow mass production, commercial use, or distribution of the pattern
• Does not transfer copyright ownership of the pattern design

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from our website without prior written permission from Cross Stitch Sales.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any current or future use of our website for any reason at any time, including if we believe you have violated these Terms and Conditions.

Upon termination, your right to use the website will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the website.

Cross Stitch Sales shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the website
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the website
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
